ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
- This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion
- No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted.
- No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
- Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
- Internet access, mobile phone and email account required. Smartphone required if a winner.
- No purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
- A maximum of one (1) entry per person per week with a maximum of six (6) entries in total over the whole Promotional Period. A ‘person’ is determined by first name, last name, email address and mobile number and each must be unique to a single participant in order to be valid. Anyone entering or found to have entered more than once per week using multiple handsets, multiple identities, or computerised or automated systems will be disqualified from the promotion.
- A maximum of one (1) win per person.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts, brute force or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.
- The Promoter reserves the right to block any mobile number or email address that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
- The Promotional Period opens at 00:00 on 26.09.2026 and closes at 23:59 on 07.11.2026.
HOW TO ENTER
- To enter the promotion, participants must during the Promotional Period:
- Visit the promotion site via QR code or directly at winwithdiablo.co.uk
- Enter the following details into the form: first name, last name, email address, mobile number and county.
- Entrants will receive an instant on-screen message confirming their win or loss in the instant win promotion and if the person is a winner, the message will confirm what type of Prize they have won.
- Entrants are advised to take care when typing and entering the necessary details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be accepted. Attempted additional entries or invalid entries will not be included in the promotion. Persistent abuse will result in immediate disqualification without notification.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.
SELECTING THE WINNER(S)
- There are 182 instant win prizes available in total. Instant win prizes will be awarded via predetermined Winning Moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly seeded throughout the Promotional Period. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.
- Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an instant win prize and what prize type they have won.
- If a winner of a physical prize, winners will receive a text message to the mobile number used upon entry within 7 days confirming their win, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the online claim form with their full name, mobile number, email address and postal address in order to claim their prize. Winners’ personal details entered on the claim form must match the details used upon entry. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, prizes will be dispatched to the address details provided on the claim form within 28 days. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 calendar days of sending will forfeit their prize.
- Winners of The Traitors: Live Experience Tickets will receive an SMS which will contain instructions on how to claim their prize.
- In the event that there are any queries raised regarding Prize fulfilment, the Promoter's agent may need to contact the winner via the email address or mobile number provided upon entry.

- In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win. If an entrant does not provide further information/evidence within 7 days of a request from the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid.

- Delivery of any physical prizes is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only and will be dispatched to winners within 28 days of a valid claim.
- Delivery of the tickets will be managed via email once a winner has claimed their prize.
- The Traitors: Live Experience Tickets are subject to their own terms and conditions as follows:
- Each winner will receive 1 x General Admission (Standard) ticket to The Traitors: Live Experience.
- Tickets redeemable for any date / time slot (subject to availability) between 06 Sept 2026 - 11 April 2027 (excludes December dates).
- Tickets are General Admission only (VIP not included).
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Travel, accommodation, food and drink also not included.
- Tickets cannot be redeemed after 11 April 2027. If tickets are not claimed before this date, the vouchers are no longer valid, and tickets will no longer be bookable.
- The prize recipient must be at least 18 years of age to redeem the tickets.
- Tickets are subject to availability. Winners will not be able to book sold out timeslots.

- Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative Prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. General
- The promotion is operated and administered solely by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

- The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
- The surnames and counties of winners will be available upon request by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Diablo Traitors (8916), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Close Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing diablo@vcteurope.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
- Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names and counties, without further remuneration.
- Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control.
- The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming of a Prize or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.
- Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any parties involved with facilitating this promotion assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions

- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, mobile network or the website or any combination thereof

- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/ claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, as applicable, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.

The personal data that you provide when you submit an entry into the promotion will be collected by Umbrella Risk Management Ltd (company number 5397976) whose registered office is at Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton, Buckinghamshire, HP18 9LS (Umbrella) who have been appointed by the Promoter as the developer and administrator of the promotion and will act as a Data Processor. Umbrella will not disclose or share your personal data with any third party. Participants personal details shall be used for the management of this promotion and no other purpose, unless you have chosen to Opt In to receive further marketing communication.
